Funny, Interesting & Cool

These were some of the comments about my cartoons of the US Presidents, with my Library art show at the reception. 'Funny, Interesting and Cool' were the 3 words to describe the compliments that I got.  Some of the comments were,

" William Howard Taft drawing was hilarious!  The tub and the bat. Oh, man."

" I never knew much about the Warren G. Harding presidency, now I'm intrigued."

" It's amazing how impartial you stayed with your cartooning. Never really leaning left nor right. Very good."

" My favorite parts were the little things going on in the background."

" After viewing your artshow, I am now going to have to get the full scoop on a couple of the stories you drew."

" I laughed and I got an education"

" Did you actually plan the art show on the 235th anniversary of Paul Revere's Ride, or was that just luck?"

" Are all of those weird and wacky facts, true? I can't believe some of them."

" You were really nice to President Franklin Pierce."

" I enjoyed the funny bits you did with the not-so-famous presidents, like Zachary Taylor. "

" That was the best history lesson I ever had."

and the best compliment I had all day was...

" If only the history teachers would have made history as much fun as you drew those presidents, I would have enjoyed history a lot more than I did."
